High on a hill in the beautiful Tuscany landscape, resides a place of peace, solitude, olive groves, vineyards and the very essence of Tuscan life. 30 years ago, my husband and I purchased an old farmhouse that contained the seed of our desire. Complete with an old distillery, we began to transform the old and rundown into the new and inspiring.

I wanted to share the warmth of Tuscan life, the natural beauty, the organic soil, the sumptuous taste and everything that exemplifies the history and “bella” of the warm life that Tuscany is known for. La Dolce Vita (THE SWEET LIFE) is our motto, far beyond the beautiful vineyards full of Chianti and the succulent olives is our expression to you of Tuscan hospitality.

I wanted everyone to experience, not just a room with access to everything that Florence offers, but a real home environment that you can soak your feet in when you return from the exhaustion of climbing the 463 stairs to the Duomo heaven.
